Aging in 30 Hl oak barrels for approximately 36 months, then aging in the bottle. In the best years the Bussia Vigna Mondoca is Riserva, with a total permanence time in our cellar of 5 years.
It is a wine of persuasion and olfactory elegance, with hints of small fruits, natural balsamic notes, Mediterranean scrub, dry rose, which with aging recall goudron. Mouth of great balance, with fine and powerful tannic texture, long and complex closure.
