Crafted in 18K yellow gold, it showcases 26 old brilliant cut diamonds and 47 rose cut diamonds. The central star sapphire weighs approximately 7-8ct, with a light blue opaqueness. Additionally, there are eight rubies and one pearl. This piece, with no trace of a master mark, bears the stamp "924," likely a workshop internal number, and the French control mark for 18K gold, represented by an eagle's head.
