1952 Bentley Mark VI — chassis B472LNZ, factory left-hand drive, 14,215 miles
This Bentley Mark VI was completed at Crewe in December 1951 and shipped from London aboard the S.S. American Farmer to Chicago on 11 February 1952. It left the works in left-hand drive — one of only 32 built to this specification — in full American export trim. The accompanying factory documentation is complete: chassis card, works instruction and history card for chassis B472LNZ, confirming that engine B236N and body 4973 are the original numbers assigned to this chassis.
The four-speed gearbox is manual, the large sunroof opens across almost the full width, and the chassis and floors are sound and free of rust. The interior is in exceptional condition. The handbook and an extensive file of maintenance invoices are present.
