Gitaarlessen in Amsterdam,

Experienced musician and music teacher, who completed conservatorium, with master classes in jazz (in Athens and Maastricht),is offering gitaarles in Amsterdam.

Lessons mainly in English.

I am specialized in jazz, which has begun with playing the blues… Beside those genres I played in rock, hardrock, funk and fusion bands. Nowadays I focus mainly on gypsy jazz(Django Reinhardt music). It’s also possible to help you with pop music.I teach to conservatorium students as well as to beginners!

Genre, style and level will be accustomed to your wishes and possibilities.

In the introduction meeting there is space to talk about your aspirations in order to make a program that fits your personal needs. In this meeting we will also play guitar together. In that way you can experience how it feels to have a lesson by me and it will give me an idea of your musical possibilities.

In the lessons you will learn how to develope your improvisation, and you will gain theory knowledge and skills to play together with other musicians. Also I can guide you to play from sheet music (for advanced students for ex: Django Reinhardt,Pat Metheny, Wes Montgomery, Joe Pass etc).

Both acoustic and electric gitaar.
